My Journey
Growing up in the beautiful state of Alaska instilled in me a profound love for nature and a strong passion for science. As a dedicated Air Force Veteran with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science, I am committed to leveraging my expertise and life experiences to support individuals in achieving their personal health goals. I aspire to one day soon become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a focus on neuroscience and brain health, bringing together my background in nutrition and my dedication to supporting mental wellness.

My journey into the field of Nutritional Neuroscience began with a permanent nerve injury in my back, coupled with my own battles with PTSD and addiction. These experiences have given me a unique understanding of the intricate connection between nutrition and neurological health, driving my dedication to this specialized area of study.

Living with ADHD has further inspired me to serve the neurodiverse population. As a holistic nutrition practitioner I offer personalized support and guidance, aiming to help individuals navigate their unique challenges and achieve optimal well-being. My goal is to empower others through compassionate and informed nutrition coaching, fostering resilience and health in every aspect of their lives.

I dedicate my business and research endeavors to my dear sweet cousin Amanda, an angel in heaven who lives on through her children and the work her mother does with the Mandolin Foundation; my young cousin in heaven Adam, who loved nutrition almost as much as I do, my parents and siblings; and most importantly, my husband and my daughter, my ultimate sources of happiness and peace. Lastly, and best of all, I dedicate them to my sweet grandmother Gloria Rose, a wellspring of knowledge and the most resilient person I know.
